They claim they are available at all hours, with staff onsite, however, they were nowhere to be found for our scheduled pickup. They did not apologize.
They do have nice facilities for the dogs with indoor/outdoor space. The staff seem reasonable and trusting.
Not my first choice for boarding, but there are worse places out there...
