I had a laptop problem and my local computer repair shop referred me to The Laptop Guy. I used the online website to place a service order and I took the laptop to the Polaris location. I immediately felt confident that it was in good hands because after explaining the issue to Halley (the service technician), he seemed to follow what I was talking about & mentioned a recall related to the particular problem. I received a phone call letting me know that it was back from diagnostics and what my options were. My computer was fixed and it's been working great ever since. Kudos to this business for their user-friendly website, knowledgeable technicians, and their after-service email asking about my experience.
