We went out of town last weekend and came home late Sunday night to a nightmare. Our hot water heater basically exploded and flooded the entire downstairs of our home. I googled emergency flood service and Precision Carpet Care came up. Even though it was almost midnight, Jason not only answered the phone, but was at our home with 2 vans and 3 guys within the hour. They packed up and moved all our stuff to the garage and started drying. I was shocked how fast they worked and got everything under control. Precision also worked directly with our insurance and made things as easy as it could be. They not only did all our drying, but as of today everything is back to normal! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work. I hope this never happens again, but I would refer anyone in my situation to your company.
