I went into Jon English with the hopes of doing something new and creative with my long, arrow straight hair. When I first arrived, I was offered a drink. I asked for water, and none was ever brought to me. I pulled some pictures from their convenient array of style example books and gave them to the stylist, Timothy, explaining that I didn't want a lot of layering. To my horror, he, not only, chopped hap-hazardly at my hair with layering sheers, he took an electric razor to my ends explaining that ""it would be faster."" I have never seen anyone cut hair in such a way. He didn't even check to make sure the cut was even and, when I got home, I had to cut several areas myself that were longer than the rest. The cut is nothing like the pictures I gave him, either. Unbelievable. I will never go back.
