C&F Finance company is horrible. They don't have any customer service skills at all. My wife and I bought a new car in Lexington KY a year ago and they financed us through C&F. After paying for a year our principle amount on the loan had only gone down 1100 dollars and we were paying 400 per month. The customer service lady said that 141 dollars was going toward principle for 2 years then the principle would paid off later in the loan. The told me it was how it was set up and the dealer should have told me, but they didn't. That was our fault for not checking, although we have been trying to get rid of the vehicle now and 2 months ago they tell me the payoff was 15,660. I made 2 payments and now I finally found a different company to finance me yesterday and C&F tells me the payoff is now 15585. Only 75 dollars less than earlier after 2 payments. They had no explanation as to how the amount didn't go down. As far as you few people who said only people who are compaining are the ones who don't pay or are late in paying you can forget that. I was never one day late the entire time I had the loan. I am so happy I am rid of this worthless, criminal, pathetic, and EVIL company! I recommend anyone who is thinking of this company DO NOT do it. You would be better off going to a buy here pay here company and overpaying them. C&F Finance can KMA.
