I had an appointment for Diversified to come and look at my Frigidaire oven door. It bagan making a popping noise, like a heavy spring being release, two or three times as I opedned and closed the door. Long story short - they never came, never called, and don't answer their phones after 4:30. I called the next morning - smarmy attitude from customer service. Coudn't find the service order, and left me on hold. As I had already called Lowes and secheduled the repair through their 800 line, I just hung up. She did call me back with a ""sorry this happened, have a nice day"" response. I have no patience with this sort of customer service, or dis-service. Make it a point to always call the manufacture for their authorized repair center, especially if you have an extended warranty.
