I can assure you that if given the opportuninty our company would have made things right . We have a number of outlets in which you may contact us at including on our webpage .\r
We can also assure you that we make every effort to collect rent from our tenants and if this does not happen on time we take the neccesary steps until it is collected including 3 day notices as well as late fee's.\r
We also have direct deposit for our Home owners as well. \r
