My wife ordered a letterman jacket for my stepson and Twids has done absolutely NOTHING right. First off they LOST the jacket. They absolutely have no record keeping system. When they finally found the jacket order they got the jacket size wrong, forgot one of the patches for the jacket, and there was an ink stain (from a ball point pen) on the arm of the jacket. When my wife called to let them know that everything about the jacket was wrong the response from Twids was ""What do you want us to do?"" We have sent the jacket back yet AGAIN to get it fixed hopefully before Christmas (it is a Christmas gift), Somehow I think they will mess up again. This place is horrible to do business with. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes they pass the blame or just act as if they could care less. I am astounded by the levels of incompetence from the employees up to management. We will never do business with Twids again. We will also be reporting their horrible business practices to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and pass these guys up.\r
