I've been going to this location for at least 10 yrs and the quality of service has dropped tremendously. In person the staff are pleasant but over the phone they suck. I requested a copy of my contact prescription sent to me (which I always do when I travel just in case). This last time, I lost my purse which had my glasses and replacement contacts. I thought well I ahve my prescription, let me run out and buy a single pair. Lo and behold, on the prescription sent to me, Cohen's put theyre brand of lenses instead of itemizing all the brands of lenses I could wear so as to ensure that I couldnt go somewhere else and buy lenses. So during my trip and wedding that I attended, I was blind b/c I couldnt purchase another set of lens. I will never go to COhen's again. Apparently this is a standard practice of Cohen's now and many people have gotten burned by this practice.
