The owners need to find better cashiers with better customer service skills and attitudes. My first visit to MadHatters showcased a cashier who when asked if they served hot tea, told me no. Maybe he was trying to be funny... but his delivery was bad. Second chance today with my sisters to celebrate a special occasion. A different cashier...still rude...long wait for food..... cold eggs (the one's on which my sister had a special request which prompted the cashier's rudeness.)....Won't be going there again...And I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone who asks...I would have rated ""0"" stars if it was possible...
