As licensed realtor for over ten years, I give my thumbs up to Sterling. Not, only was she friendly to my clients, but pro-active in helping my transaction close on time. I find it hard to believe the negative comments here are legitimate. Either is is a competitor, an angry ex-employee, or unreasonable client. Or, simply a troll.
