The OB-GYN at Beth Israel is AWFUL. I have had to wait over 2 hours after a scheduled appointment to see a doctor for my annual. Most recently, I was told that they LOST MY PAP SMEAR RESULTS and I have to come back for yet another appointment. There was little apology or understanding as to why this may have been unacceptable. How do you LOSE someone's pap results??? They also would never have known had I not switched pharmacies, and needed my prescription updated. They had my last visit recorded incorrectly, and the testing they had done. Ridiculous, and completely unprofessional.
