I visited Cycles Etc. twice recently and both times my experience was outstanding, each time for different reasons. The first time I brought them three bikes for tune-ups and they immediately helped me out and had them back in great working order within days.
The second time I needed a simple item and they helped me find it quickly and get on my way... with courtesy, professionalism, and good natured attitudes.
