GasWorks talks a good talk when it comes to SELLING you product, but service is a different story. My HeatNGlo fireplace insert barely has 200 hours service and the thermocouple has failed. OK, stuff breaks. But when a thermocouple breaks, the unit is effectively a $4000 paperweight.
