I had struggled with my weight my entire life. I had tried every fad diet and could never keep my weight down. I was at 346 pounds and I even considered having surgery, then I was referred to Nudaya by a co-worker and it was the best decision I ever made. The staff was so friendly and they treated me with respect. I saw the Nurse Practitioner and she was very thorough with her exam and explained the program options. I chose to do the HCG program and never could have hoped for the results I got. I lost 47 pounds over the 6 weeks of the program. I then switched to the appetite supressants and B Lipo shots and diet plan for the next 8 weeks. At the end of the 8 wks, I had lost an additional 29 pounds. I chose to do another cycle of the HCG and at the end of this 6 week cycle I was down another 45 pounds and was now at 225 pounds. I had not been that since I was in high school. They then helped me get on a healthy meal plan that I can stay on for the rest of my life. I have more energy and feel like Nudaya gave me a second chance at life. It has been 14 months since I finished the program and I have been able to not only keep my weight down, but I am down to 213 pounds and feeling better than ever. I also decided to try the laser hair removal for my back and after 5 treatments I hardly have any hair left. Tracy and Crystal were very patient with me and made the procedures go quickly. I cannot thank the staff at Nudaya enough and I recommend them to all my friends.
