I went to Visible Changes after being referred by a friend. I was apprehensive because I always hate getting my hair cut. I have very long hair and almost every time I get a hair cut, I cry because the stylist never listens to me or completely butcher's my hair. I booked my color with Jules and my cut with Tiffany. Jules was awesome, listening to what I wanted as well as giving me her professional opinion. The color came out perfect. She took her time and did not rush. Tiffany cut my hair and I never knew my hair could look this good. She was fun and listened to what I wanted. I got home and decided I wanted a few extra inches cut off. The next day I called and booked another appointment for a dry cut. Tiffany was completely open to snipping a few inches off to make me 100% satisfied. Over all my hair looks amazing. I get tons of compliments. I even had one lady stop me and ask if she could take my picture because she was getting her hair done that day and wanted my style and color. The only negative I would have to say would be the salon's throw back to the 90s. It could use some updating. The carpet covered seating bench is uncomfortable and kind of in the middle of the salon so it feels like you're in the way while waiting. Other than that I will definitely be back!
