Yep! Same thing happened to me, I couldn't get a human on the phone for a week, then I stood around in their shop forever trying to drop off my car, no one would help me. Rude, people. No call back when the car was done. Cashier couldn't explain chareges on my bill. Called the sale manager to complain. He stated bad service nevers happens here. LOL maybe he should read this. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. I'll actually be taking my car to a different Kia dealer for service and warranty.
