I scheduled an appointment with Michael for corrective color. I have thick hair that had turned copper/red from other stylists attempting to lighten it. From the start, Michael listened to what I hoped to achieve and was honest about what we could accomplish. I felt comfortable and trusted him right away. The end result was beyond impressive, I couldn't be happier with my hair! The highlights are the best I have had and I'm so pleased with the result.
