I would categorize Bill as very responsive. Not only was he responsive to my needs, he was also got back to me in a timely fashion. Whenever I reached out by email or phone, I received a response almost instantaneously. Anytime I have had any issues, either during the inspection or when they were working, Bill has been available. Over all, it has been a very solid experience.
Not only was the estimate fair, the products they use are high quality. Bill was willing to work with me on the price, and I think we settled on a fair price for quality work.
