We decided to use West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc. because they were the winner of the bid process. They were the most reasonable.
They replaced the soffit on the metal roof of an 8-story, 56-unit condo building. They also installed some rain hoods over the elevator vents. They had to use a crane to get up there, and everything turned out well. Their timeliness was good, as was their quickness in terms of executing the job.
I would certainly recommend West Coast Roofing & Contracting. We are going to have them bid on another roof job next, for the main roof of the condo association.
