Rick, the owner, really helped us out. My husband, my 2 kids and I drove up to Frisco from Grapevine. We really enjoyed the great customer service that we recieved. My husband and I got fitted for ski boots! We both love them and couldn't ask for better feeling boots!! Our family looks stylish going down the slopes and my pocket book isn't empty! I highly recommend shopping there! We don't shop anywhere else!!! :)
