I brought my 14yo daughter here to get her ears pierced because I wanted something more professional and safe than one of the cheap places in the mall that use guns on the ears. First off, the receptionist was super unfriendly. She seemed annoyed that we were even there (and we were the only customers at the time too). We should have just turned around and walked out, but my daughter was really anxious to get it done, so we stayed. Next the owner, Scott, came out to get us and he didn't even say hi, plus he reprimanded his receptionist in front of us. Very unprofessional! After that we followed him back to the piercing area. He never made any attempt at conversation with us. Then to my complete disappointment he used guns on her ears, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid! So, my daughter couldn't get hoops like everyone else we know who has ever gone to a professional piercing studio. I would never, ever go back to this place again. I gave them 1 star because at least my daughter did not get any sort of infection.
