Brian arrived early, thoroughly explained the process(and taught me a thing or two about HVAC systems and my furnace)was very careful moving furniture to access vents, and worked steadily and cheerfully for 7 hours while removing 31 years of accumulated dust and debris. He is exceptional, with a terrific attitude and work ethic. Thanks for sending this North Dakota native to my home!
