For Christmas I received an Avon product that I didn't much care for, so I wanted to see if I could either return it or exchange it for something different, even though I didn't have a receipt. I approached the sales lady there and asked if I could get an exchange. She replied that you could not get a refund without a receipt. That would have been fine, but she decided to rudely add that ""everyone thinks her store is a dumping ground"" and that it is her personal store. Her attitude was ridiculous and her tone was appalling! Avon is going to be losing business with this women representing them... We certainly won't be going back to that store ever again.
