went in to get a headlights replaced turned out it was a very hard car to work on when the bulb finally got taken out it was a special bulb and they didn't carry it but instead of turning us away they went above and beyond to get a bulb from autozone and replace it so we could drive at night and only charged $7.50 for an hour of work :)
