I have gone to this store twice and will never return. Each time it took them 5 to 10 minutes to even aknowledge that we were in the store. On the first visit I made a sizable purchase - about $3,000, part of which was a canon point and shoot. This a present for my daughter. She decided she did not want the camera - it has never been out of the box so I took it back. They informed me that the store policy is not returns - this i not posted anywhere and when we purchased it we asked about returning if she did not like it and the answer was no problem!! They then said that they no longer carry that camera (purchased just one month earlier!).
