I have not written a review before but I am so glad I came on here to do so. Because when I read the review ""Definitely NOT recommended"" I realized I was behind this man in line and he was a complete ASS. He is not telling the truth. The staff perosn at the desk was on the phone when we walked in and motioned he would be right with us. This man acted like a child in the waiting area- slamming thiings, slamming his hand on the counter, yelling ""there is a real customer right here in front of you"" in the staff person's face while he was trying to finish with the customer on the phone. The person had to put the phone on hold and ask this man to stop behaving like that which he only stopped for about 2 min then started again. I was embarrassed because when it was my turn the staff person asked if I was with that man and I snapped ""Oh my god no I am not"" he then apologized for that mans behavior and I told him that man should be apologizing and I can not believe you took his dog.
