Alan was out yesterday and I must say I was very impressed. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and repaired my refrigerator on the spot. He installed a fan motor and while he was here, I asked him to replace the icemaker unit since it has not been working for almost 2 years. He had all of the parts on the truck and just took care of it.
He made me feel very comfortable about using them again in the future. The price was reasonable considering what he did to my unit, and plus now I do not have to go out and spend $1000 for a new one.
Definitely recommend!
