I liked this a lot but it is very very expensive and decided to cancel my membership. But when i decided to cancel my membership they ""lost hte paperwork: and told me id have to pay for 3 more months and cancel at the next billing cycle. I filled out my paperwork again a month later 2 months ahead of the cutoff date and then they charged me anyway. I called in and spoke with the staff who said it was an error but that they werent authorized to fix it and the manager would call me. 2 weeks went by and no call. I then called and spoke with manager who said she could confirm it was cancelled but that she isnt authorized to make refunds, only the owner. For several days after i attempted to get this resolved but they needed authorization from the owner who did not return my 7 messages over the course of 2 weeks. Finally on 12/1/2010 the owner left me a voice mail and said she had no interest in resolving the issue and would continue to bill me monthly as well as not refund the error and that if I didnt like it I could take it to the next step! Dont sign a contract with these people if you think you will ever ever want to pause or cancel your membership, becausue they wont let you.
