When spending in excess of $400, you want to be sure that you are working with a credible company. Panorama Cabana (AKA Spa Mate and SpaCoverBuyDirect) is friendly and helpful making a sale but after the sale, forget it. Our spa cover was custom made but arrived 5 inches too large. The owner of this company is rude and will not do anything about it. After taking tons of photos and spending almost 5 hours on the phone, all he says is his company has been in business for over 30 years and has NEVER had a cover not fit. Oh, come on . . . not once???? He leaves us no alternative than to spread the word. This is a very disreputable company. Stay clear of it or you may find yourself in our situation . . . owning an unusable spa cover and having our pockets picked clean of over $450. BUYER BEWARE!
