Very helpful staff.....it had been a while since I had worked out and the owner helped me devise a plan that I could work on and advance at my own pace. They are always willing to listen to new ideas.or suggestions. Equipment is well maintained and the place is clean and well kept. Very supportive of community groups ad have a bulletin board where you can post local events.
