I hired Creative Decks to build my deck last Spring. At first I was happy with everything until the job started to drag on FOREVER. I contacted the owner Bob and he was incredibly rude and lied about the original scope of the contract. The workers showed up to work late, played loud music and often left trash all over my property. To make matters worse, Creative Decks never called in a final inspection on my project and the permit expired. When I called baltimore county to asked what I could do they said I would have to pay for a new permit and ask for a new final inspection. To date I am still without a final inspection and this situation has caused big problems with me trying to sell my house since the deck is has never been finalized with the County. I have gotten the run-around from Bob the owner and he says it's ""my problem."" Do not use this company, they are nothing but liars.
