Horrible ownership and UPS representation! 12/10/2010

The woman who claims to be the owner IS rude just like the other commentors below. I usually just drop in to drop off a package that is prepaid. All they have to do is look at the package and make sure there is a vaild UPS label on it and I am on my way. One day, there was a line, people behind me and one woman in fornt of me. The woman behind the counter was taking her time and didnt acknoweldge anyone waiting. I excused myself and asked if I could leave my prepaid package on the counter. She snarled at me and instructed me to wait my turn. I explained that it was prepaid and that Id be on my way AND that she should show customers some consideration and respect (as she was harrassing the woman she was helping over fees charged). At that point she told me to leave. I told her that I was leaving my package there and that if anything happened to it Id be back to escalate the matter. As I walked out, she threw my box off the counter!!! How is this monster still in business??? more
