Front office staff is excellent. The finished product has been perfect every time I have taken cars in for repair; and I am very picky.
I would make one suggestion that they figure out how to provide automated email updates for completion times to customers as they experience delays and challenges they do not expect when they estimate. The automation could be part of the shop's daily routine instead of having it communicated back through the front office.
