I had the same experience as oceaneyeskt, she told me the exact same thing! Dropped off beautiful business suits which my daughter wore as a stock broker which were of high quality, black, fashionable and a size 4. After she accepted them she told me you sold here before and slammed down a piece of scratch paper and told me to write down my phone number. I doubt I was still in her computer as it was many years ago. I shopped in her store for a while and then went back to the counter get a receipt for the items and she responded what are you buying? I told her I was there to pick of my receipt for the items I was leaving. She then told me I don't have time for that and pointed to her sign stating go online and rudely turned her back to me. I left the store shocked and never heard nothing since, hope the suits didn't end up in her closet. I wish I would have kept these clothes. I should of learned the first time I dropped off 2 formals and was told I could have them back. Danni went on vacation for the summer and I was told by her employees that I would have to wait till she was back from vacation to get these dresses back. When she returned she told me it had been too long. I don't frequent her store often but the few times I have I have witnessed her being rude to her customers. This does not sound like a good business woman to me! I have had good experiences selling in other consignment stores in Superior and was treated with respect and trusted them. I was given the choice to pick up any unsold items or donate. This way I have proof that the items were indeed donated!
