Seth came out on time and was very professional. Within three minutes he had saved our house from a future fire by informing us we shouldn't be burning real logs in our particular firebox. He recommended gas logs instead. Thank you Seth. He was quick, thorough, and clean. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him to anybody that cares about their fireplace.
