I recently purchased some of their services via Groupon. I had to reschedule my appointment once and Lorraine was so pleasant and helpful. Today the team arrived precisely within the time frame scheduled. They were very pleasant but didn't waste time chit-chatting .. they got right to work. They were done in less than an hour and did an excellent job. The few remaining spots I have to take the blame for since I didn't have the carpet cleaned more frequently. I won't let that happen again. I can honestly recommend their services to anyone who asked me about carpet cleaning companies.
