I highly recommend using The Steam Team for tile & grout cleaning...they did a fantastic job. We've used competitors in the area and honestly, don't remember it looking this clean. I think one thing that helped are the large dryers they used. The company we used last time let them air dry and it left some dark marks where the dirty water sat in the grout.
Our techs name was Shon...very friendly, professional and fast. We'll be using The Steam Team from here on out.
