Maybe its just me but when I go into a buisness I expect to be treated nicely not ignored. I went in last Monday and the lady that was working there ignored me and when I finally got her attention she didn't know about the shampoos, conditioners or much of anything else. She acts like your bothering her. The dryers make horrible soudns and scared my dog, the towels didnt look clean and they have a basket of brushes and combs that don't look like they have ever been cleaned. Its a very grade-school run type of place. Hand printed signs stuck up with scotch tape and a manager that doesn't manage anything. I won't go back.
