We ordered 1.5 cords of dry fir and specifically asked dean if it was dry because we wanted to burn it this season. he said it was. the wood received was soaking wet and had moss/soil on a large portion of the order. we could not light the wood. we split it down smaller and tried again, the wood is too wet. we contacted dean on the phone for suggestions or a possible return of the wood. he refused to admit the wood was wet, spouted off his years of experience with wood and called us liers. unbelievable! how does anyone like this stay in business. we are now stuck with 1.5 cords of wood that we clearly now cannot burn for at least a season...
