I was greatly disappointed with Suburban's service. The technician diagnosed the problem and recommended part or total equipment replacement. I was told estimates would follow. Nothing arrived but an invoice. I then contacted the company twice with follow up questions about the diagnosis and the esitmate. Surburban never responded. They do not care. Think twice before using them.
