My biggest complaint is that for one appointment I had to wait thirty minutes and another over an hour. (Luckily I was hungry the second time and just went to Jackalope for a burger.) But my technician was always very conversational and friendly, and the laser hair removal service itself is quick, effective, and not at all painful.
