THEIR CAR WAS EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND UNSERVICED WITH METAL MESH COMING OUT OF THE TIRES. I rented a car to drive out of state and when I got into Illinois, the steering wheel began violently shaking. I had the car looked at when I got to my destination, and the mechanic told me it was not safe to drive, hadn't been aligned and the tires were showing the metal mesh. I called and complained to which they asked me to drive the closest city and trade it out. The mechanic even offered to put a set of t read more ? ires on out of concern. I finally complained enough to have them deliver another car. When I got back to the Lemay Ferry office and vehemently complained, the woman at the desk blamed it on the company that services their vehicles. She also told me this had happened before. When I asked her why they didn't check the vehicles when they get them serviced or before they send their customers out in them, she looked at me dumbfounded and confused. IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AS WELL AS YOUR LOVED ONE'S, DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE ESPECIALLY THE 3701 LEMAY FERRY LOCATION!!!!
