I first started using Import Auto Repair a long time ago, about 28 years ago, when I had a Toyota that we couldn't get to work. Nobody could fix it and, when we were driving down Fulton, we saw the sign for Import Auto Repair and went in. Frank listened to the car, told us what was wrong, and fixed it right there. We have been going to them ever since.
I don't even buy a car without asking Import Auto if they'll service it. They pay attention to each and every customer. They are very friendly but they don't lose their focus on who they're talking to. They meet each customer's particular need.
My children go there as well as friends of mine that I have referred to them. Import Auto is top-notch. It's all about customer service and quality. Don't be afraid to tell them everything you know about whatever issues you're having with your vehicle so they can provide you with the best service.
