Although the location for me personally was not convenient from home, it wasn't a bad ride from my office. So it wasn't a hardship to return to Turnpike Motors a week after the car had been fixed because there was something leaking and later found to be a defective radiator. Turnpike Motors was quick to say that it would be taken care of, and staff were apologetic and genuinely concerned for my inconvenience. I was glad to learn through my experience that Travelers is connected with a reputable shop and one that I can feel comfortable with.
