First I saw Dr. Burbank on Tuesday. Felt he was making sure he knew what I expected and he took the time to be straight forward with me. I especially like the fact he step back to talk to me face to face instead of having me reclined in the chair. On Thursday I was seen for deep periodonal (?mis-spelled) cleaning. I again felt I was well taken care of and fully informed. I was anxious this time a little, but was quickly put at ease. Everything went well and she was able to do a full range cleaning instead of half. The staff was all great. Sorry I don't remember everyones name. When paying my bill, I was met with a smile and complete answers to all my questions, as well as some friendly conversation. Thank you all and Merry Christmas
