I just moved here and went to this salon for a bikini wax. The girl that waxed me was new at this type of work, I'm pretty sure. She was very rude to me. She made me feel really bad about myself and waxed one tiny strip from both sides of my bikini line with hard wax. She then said you are all set. I asked her to do the complete pantie line since I can't wear a bathing suit and she said I should have booked in for an upper leg wax instead. That I was way to hairy for just a bikini wax. I felt so bad and told her I would pay for an upper leg since I wanted to have an entire bikini wax. She said she doesn't have the time and I should have booked in correctly. She told me to re-book and come back another time and I should really get laser hair removal instead. I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment. I lived in Florida prior and have had many bikini waxes and no one has ever spoken to me so rudely. Since then I spoke to a few women in my play group and they told me they have had the same type of treatment there, but with facials. They told me about another spa and my experience was so different. I will never go back here.
