I have been going to Ihloff Utica square for about 5 years, 2 of those I have seen Chealsea C. She is THE best stylist I have ever used. It's as if I'm going in to see a talented friend rather than just a stylist. Ihloff all around gives you tge feeling your an individual person rather than a checkbook. The prices are 100% worth it in my opinion. The setting, the atmosphere and the employees especially Chelsea get a A+ in my book. I suggest it to everyone who asks where I get my hair done. I've always gotten a million compliments on my hair even 5 weeks after my cut she always cuts in to my liking and does it with complete accuracy.
