I never noticed it until my wife went outside our back door the other day, but the lock had been tampered with. It looked like someone was trying to get inside our house. which really scared my kids ! So I called North Potomac Key Guys and they came and replaced that lock, also added a deadbolt to that door. And they also installed a security system into our house. My wife and kids we so much safer now, thanks to them.
