Wow - we waited 3 days for an appointment with a specific therapist. I gave my credit card info and arranged my schedule. The manager, Rachel, just called (2.5 hours before my appointment tonight) to inform me she gave it to someone else! Since I was not a "member" we got bumped! "So sorry but that is our policy- they can cancel on YOU up to 1 hour before; you can cancel on them up to 24 hours before!"
(I was planning on becoming a member if we had a good experience but did not want to sign up without trying it first!)
This was a "bait and switch" marketing program and poor business practice! Do you really want to hear a strong sales pitch each time you pick up the phone to make an appointment? Too bad, the location was so convenient and I had high hopes!!
